Events: Smoky Mountain Fiber Arts Festival
We had an absolute blast! We loved the fact that there was free admission, parking was convenient, etc. It definitely looked like all of the vendor spaces were full– the mark of a successful festival, in our opinion! There were lots of natural-colored fibers as well as dyed ones, and many varieties of handdyed yarns, weaving yarns, knitting tools, looms, a wheel or two, and some spindles.
While in Gatlinburg, we went to The Best Italian Restaurant and had a wonderful meal, and visited Smoky Mountain Spinnery. What a fabulous store! We really loved the selection of fiber and spinning products, and Nancy was so nice to us. We highly recommend this shop!
