Jessica: still finishing up 2017 projects! More spindle spinning on the horizon! 2018 plans: I have a huge bag full of all of the yarn for my projects ready to go! Some of my projects will be the Madewell Cardigan, Turners Falls Cardigan, Breathing Space, Exploration Station, 6 pairs of socks for me and 6 pairs for Porter

Sew You Say:
Dana: Finished a pair of Acacia panties! Made 4 stuffies from Moda panels (cat here and dog here), 2 for Madelyn and 2 for friends’ children.  Working on a Clam Bake Quilt from a Moda Jolly Bar pattern, about to cut out a baby quilt for another friend who is due soon. Cut out pieces for a Ann Carolyn tunic but haven’t sewn it yet.
Jessica: also finished Acacia panties. 2 bags, 1 slip, repaired 2 sweaters for a co-worker.
Things mentioned in this segment: Sunshine Shop Supply (wholesale prices on elastic)

Review: Addi FlexiFlips
Dana got hers here. Listen to the episode for our thoughts on the needles!

Where The Wild Things Are:
Dana: Working on getting a soccer team together at Madelyn’s PDO program. Waiting to hear back if the church has approved it or not. We tried “open gym” time at a local gymnastics center and it was dangerous and definitely not for us.
Jessica: Porter finished wrestling season!

Makers Moment:
Dana: How did everyone end up on the #jomrminimalistproject? I ended up losing steam, so I’m continuing into February. Still need to do my bedroom and master closet, and Madelyn’s closet.
Jessica: IKEA Skubb sweater box idea!
